The program serves residents of Maryland over the age of 18. Admission criteria is based on that stated in the ASAM Criteria, consisting of the following six evaluation dimensions: Acute Intoxication and/or Withdrawal Potential; Biomedical Conditions and Complications; Emotional/Behavioral/Cognitive Conditions and Complications; Readiness to Change; Relapse/Continued Use/Continued Problem Potential; and Recovery/Living Environment.
